Dr. Bukachevsky is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Bukachevsky also provides surgical care for patients with congenital deformities (birth defects) and abnormalities resulting from accidents or diseases. The goals for all such procedures are individualized for each patient to restore a balanced, healthy, and natural appearance. Once you have reviewed our site, we invite you to schedule a consultation with Dr. Bukachevsky. During your visit, he will address your concerns, discuss your desires, and explain the best treatment options for your face. At the consultation, you can also receive an expectation of fees related to your procedure. Insurance does not generally cover facial surgery that is purely for cosmetic reasons. Surgery to correct problems caused by injury may be reimbursable in whole or in part. It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance carrier for information on the degree of coverage. The Bukachevsky
